Footprints Customer Portal

Footprints is where we handle all your IT issues, enquiries and problems. Access the Footprints Incident Management Customer Portal to:

  • Submit an issue (York users only)
  • View any current 'global issues' (ie known issues which are affecting IT Services facilities)
  • Browse the Knowledge Base
  • View and edit your existing issues
  • Non-York users should submit enquiries by email

If you would prefer not to give your name/contact details, it is possible to submit a comment or complaint anonymously.
