Basecamp

Basecamp is a project management system that allows you to work collaboratively to track tasks and project information all in one place. 

Key features

  • Task management: project boards, to-do lists, assignees, due dates, notifications, notes.
  • Project views: lists, kanban/card table, calendar and hill charts
  • Communication: tag team members in discussions and comments. Access a real-time group chat with emojis, videos, and sounds. 
  • Scheduling and calendar: supports event creation, recurring events, date ranges, and integrates with Google Calendar. Notifications can also be set up to notify users of changes.
  • File management: store images, files, documents or link to Google files.

Access instructions

Basecamp access is only available to licensed users. 

Once approved, you'll receive access instructions to your email address.


Available to staff

Authorised users can use this service on University-managed and personal devices.

App and web-based

Compatible with Windows and Mac. This service also works in your web browser.

Funded by the University

There isn’t a cost to you for standard use.
