You can give us your feedback on campus, via the phone or online – whichever is easiest for you – by contacting IT Services.
You can also leave feedback after a support request. Once your case is resolved, we’ll email you to ask how we did.

If you send us your comments by email or telephone, you'll receive a reply within five working days. Comments card replies may take slightly longer.
What to do if things have gone wrong
