  • Leads, manages and supports the Student Services Team
  • Designs, maintains, implements and reviews local administrative policy and processes
  • Provides expert advice and guidance to staff and students in relation to institutional, faculty and local regulatory frameworks
  • Responsible for the accuracy of curriculum data, and support for curriculum development
  • Coordinates responses to student complaints and appeals
  • Leads on quality assurance and enhancement (QAE) procedures, including internal and external audits
