I found the experience of settling into my student life at York very easy and straightforward. When I arrived there were plenty of people willing to help me; the information was always very clear and easily available. All the welcoming events and orientation sessions that we had during the first weeks of the Autumn term were very helpful and made the whole experience fun and stress-free, as well as a great opportunity to interact with fellow students.
