It is a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) requirement that at the start of their programme, all students, including UK citizens, provide the University with evidence of their right to study in the UK. Once a student has uploaded these documents to e:Vision, they should attend a Registration event so that the University can verify the documentation.
If you are a Student Visa holder you should visit this webpage for further information about what you need to bring to the Registration event.
Not all UK students are asked to attend one of these events but students who are invited are selected at random. Please do not be concerned that there is an issue with your right to study evidence if you have been selected to attend.
The next registration events will take place in the Student Hub between 10am - 4pm on the following dates:
There is no need to make an appointment. Please just attend the Student Hub during the dates and times listed above.

If your evidence is in digital format, please bring with you a valid Share Code.
You will not be invited to attend a Registration event until you have uploaded your evidence to e:Vision. We know that some students are experiencing delays in receiving their evidence, so these students will be asked to attend a future Registration event.
For the safety of both staff and students please do not attend the event. We will continue to keep this page updated with dates of future registration events. Please make sure you attend an event as soon as you are able to.
