This programme allows students to research and write a thesis of between 80,000 and 100,000 words on an appropriate topic under the supervision of one or more of the department’s academic staff. A list of staff members and their areas of research interest and expertise is available on this site.
This programme allows students to devise and develop a creative project in the fields of theatre, film, television or interactive media under the supervision of appropriate members of staff. In addition to a portfolio of creative work, students will also produce an analytic thesis on the substantive intellectual issues entailed in the project and a reflective log or portfolio relating to the creative process.
Programme start dates are: October, January and April.
