Halifax, our largest college with 962 rooms, sits on the edge of Heslington Village. It offers a variety of self-catered houses, flats, and family accommodation set around leafy courtyards, all surrounded by green space.

The college features two large common rooms, a quiet study room, a computer room with a printer, and a cash point. A small amount of resident parking is also available.

St Lawrence Court, Shared bathroom

Accommodation at Halifax College is in St Lawrence Court, laid out in courtyards of flats around grassy squares near the St Lawrence common room.

Shared bathroom accommodation is spread throughout Halifax College at Ingram, Wood, Irwin, Lindley and Younger Courts.

Arranged in communal houses and courtyards, bathroom facilities and kitchens are shared between residents of each house. Each room has a private washbasin for personal use.
