Goodricke College accommodation
The first college to move to Campus East, Goodricke is organised in three grassy courts of flats and houses with large, social kitchens, set around the Goodricke Nucleus reception and common room.
Goodricke is in close walking distance of The Glasshouse bar, Kimberlow Hill retail park, the Ron Cooke Hub and Piazza Building.

Weekly college meal
All first year undergraduates living on Campus East receive one weekly college meal included in the price of their rent, redeemable at the Piazza Building on your college’s set day. For the rest of the week you’ll be self-catered.
Band 3 shared bathroom, self-catered
Goodricke’s shared bathroom accommodation is laid out in flats and townhouses, a short distance from Campus East’s academic departments.
Each of these rooms include a private washbasin in the bedroom, while kitchens and bathroom facilities are shared between residents of the flat/house.

Band 3 ensuite, self-catered
This accommodation is housed in flats centred around Goodricke Nucleus and grassy social spaces. It’s also within short walking distance of Campus East academic departments, the Ron Cooke Hub and the Piazza Building.
Each of these rooms have their own bathroom facilities, while a kitchen is shared by residents of the flat/house.

Studio flats
Goodricke has a very limited number of self-contained studio flats, with their own kitchen facilities and private bathroom. These rooms are primarily for couples or students with additional requirements.
