Open access requirements
Horizon Europe's open science rules require beneficiaries to publish scientific publications in an open access venue and deposit an open access version in a trusted repository at the time of publication. Publishing open access without depositing in a repository does not meet the requirement. Publication and open access fees are eligible costs.
- For guidance, contact the Library's open access team.
COST Actions
The UK is fully eligible to apply for and receive funding from COST networking actions, which sit outside Horizon Europe association. Staff can join existing COST networks or propose new ones.
