Mailroom

The University Mailroom is available to both staff and students and can be used to post letters, packets and parcels at a discounted price.

We work with Royal Mail and Parcelforce to bring you the best prices. If you need any help with prices or weights please come and see us.

From Monday 14 September, Campus West students will need to collect their parcels from the new Student Mailroom next to Dalham Farm on Campus West, instead of the Information Centre. Find out more about these changes.

The packet and parcel service offers discounted prices and is available at:

Mailroom, Dalham Farm (Campus West)
- Packet and parcel service: 10.30am to 1.30pm, Monday to Friday
- General enquiries: 8am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Piazza Mailroom (Campus East)
- During semester: 9am to 8pm, Monday to Friday; 11am to 3pm, Sunday
- Out of semester: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
