A student will agree with their supervisor a project that will examine specific aspects of corporate commercial professional legal practice. This could be, for example: a particular client group within the corporate commercial sphere; a type of transaction; or a specific transaction; an aspect of legal service provision, broad or niche. It should involve two clearly defined areas of corporate commercial practice. The specific format of the output of the project - 12,500 words - can also be agreed with the student's supervisor.
