The easy way to make new friends and expand your uni network.
Student Connect matches you with other students so that you can make new connections. During term time, apply to Student Connect to match with others on your course or in your college. For the vacation, apply to Holiday Connect to meet other students staying at uni over the break.
Are you planning to stay at uni over the winter break? Holiday Connect helps you meet people (on or off campus) who are staying at uni for the vacation. Just like Student Connect, Holiday Connect makes meeting people as easy as 1,2,3...
1. Get matched with a student who'll be staying at uni over the break
2. Chat with your match to arrange a time and place to meet (use our optional template to help break the ice)
3. Meet your match! Pick up a Holiday Connect activity pack and treat and get to know each other.
Holiday Connect has now closed for applications. For term-time connections, Student Connect will re-open on Monday 10 January 2022.
It has been a very good method for meeting new people outside of my course and outside of my flat.

[It] was a really good match and we have become really good friends. Very impressed with how well this worked.
