In e:Vision, on the Your Study page, you'll find the option to produce the official letters listed below. Please ensure you check your student record details are correct before you generate your letter.

Current students can access available marks through e:Vision using 'View my Results' option. It may take time for all marks to become available. These marks can then be validated by taking a clear screenshot of them, then emailing the attachment to student-hub@york.ac.uk as a PDF document. Please also state where you would like the validated marks sending back to.

How to request documents

  • Current students can request these documents through e:Vision using their IT Services username and password.
  • Former students who require a Confirmation of Award letter, please email student-hub@york.ac.uk with your request, including your full name, date of birth, programme of study and dates of attendance. The letter will then be sent to you by email.
