Leadership, Resilience & Wellbeing

If you look after the researcher, they can look after their research. These workshops support research leaders, can help you build resilience, confidence and find balance, will help you explore imposter syndrome, and if you really need to wind down, have a go at bookbinding (it's very mindful!).

The university also has wellbeing support available for Students, Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs), and Staff.

These courses are a part of the York Researcher Development Programme, delivered and coordinated by the Research Culture & Researcher Development team, with support from colleagues across the university. Our programme is open to all Researchers at the University of York, with certain sessions specifically targeted towards Postgraduate Researchers (PGRs) or Research Staff.
