Cleaning Managers
The campus has been split into three different cleaning zones. The main buildings in each zone are:
- Central Zone - Rapid Response Team (RRT), plus Kings Manor, Boathouse and Osbaldwick Stores.
- Zone 2 - Eden's Court, Garrowby Way, James College, Physics and Electronics, Roger Kirk, York Sports Centre, Walled Garden, Dalham Farm, Wentworth, Biology, Berrick Saul, Environment Building, Central Hall, Derwent College, The Stables, Pavilion, Heslington Hall, Quantum House, Church Lane Building and Innovation Close.
- Zone 3 - Alcuin College, Chemistry, Langwith College, Constantine College, Law Building, Piazza, Ron Cooke Hub, TFTI, Fairfax House, Sally Baldwin, Library and Harry Fairhurst, Market Square Development, Vanbrugh College, Careers, Jack Lyons, Music and Campus Nursery.
The Cleaning Services team has responsibility for all aspects of residential and non-residential cleaning across the University.

Reception Services
University receptionists deliver effective front desk customer services to staff, students and visitors, providing a reception, mail and central access service to users of the University's premises. The University receptionists report to the Customer Experience Manager.
