Space Planning Team
Current and upcoming projects
Here are some upcoming projects that the Space Planning team is working on:
- Heslington Hall relocation: A significant project involving the relocation of several groups across the university as part of the move out of King's Manor.
- Temporary relocation to Piazza Building: Some groups will be temporarily relocated to the Piazza Building in preparation for the new York School of Architecture.
- Maths and Computer Science relocation: Assisting the Maths department in moving to the Ian Wand Building alongside Computer Science.
- Archaeology department move: Facilitating the move of the Archaeology Department from King's Manor to Berrick Saul as part of the move out of King's Manor.
Completed projects
Below are some of the projects we have successfully completed:
- Central Hall seating refurbishment: An update to the seating in Central Hall to enhance comfort and accessibility.
- Sustainability Clinic space creation: A new dedicated space on campus for the Sustainability Clinic, where sustainability-related events and taught modules are hosted.
