January postgraduate accommodation
If you're a postgraduate student enrolled on a course starting in January 2021, we'll do our best to assist you with finding a room on or off campus.
How to apply
You can apply for January accommodation now.
Simply log in online and rank the room types in order of preference.
We'll get in touch in due course, once we have an idea of the options available to you.
Applications are considered on a first-come-first-served basis. You aren't committed to paying anything until you accept a room offer.

Let length

Your let will cover the length of your postgraduate course.
Live with us in confidence
We know that, right now, a lot of things seem uncertain. We've made preparations to help ensure that your stay on campus will be safe and comfortable, by adapting our accommodation offer in light of COVID-19.
Paying for accommodation
If you are offered accommodation on campus, you'll need to pay a £200 advance payment to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your first term's rent. If you do not pay the advanced payment, your booking may be cancelled.
Your rent will be payable in three termly instalments, the dates of which will be communicated to you in your room offer email.
If you are offered accommodation off campus your advance payment and rent instalment details may be slightly different, make sure you read them before accepting an offer of accommodation.
