This three day programme consists of workshop-based activities, outside speakers and personal study time with individual support to help you develop your business idea. You'll work with other entrepreneurs who are at a similar stage in their journey - so networking and sharing ideas is very much central to the course. You'll be able to test your presumptions, practise your 'elevator pitch' and refine your business strategy.
Day 1: You and your idea. What skills do you have and what skills do you need? Who is your customer and how will you reach them? What are your competitors doing and how can you learn from them?
Day 2: Visualise how your business will function. Create unique pathways and know the steps to take before you launch. Find out about funding, finance and tax, as well as information about legal considerations and tips on networking and cashflow.
Day 3: How to communicate your story. Reach the right market with our advice on advertising. Develop your business plan and have indivual support during a 'wrap up' workshop.
Because of Covid restrictions we are hoping to launch this programme in the summer term once we are able to meet in person. Updates will be posted here and on our Linkedin group so stay tuned for updates.
