This workshop provides guidance on reasons why you may be struggling to sleep and why you need sleep to succeed at university and beyond. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help improve your sleep, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.

The session will be run online and the tutors running the workshop will contact you in the days leading up to the workshop to provide you with a video link and introduce themselves.
