How the session works

Drop in any time during the session and our friendly staff will meet you at the registration desk and signpost you to the specialist adviser or advisers who can help you.

The advisers are spread out in the room and you have some quiet space to ask any questions.

If an adviser is busy, you will be asked to wait until your adviser becomes available - this usually isn't too long.
