Law and AI

As artificial intelligence reshapes society, this group examines how legal frameworks respond across contract, intellectual property, data protection, and tort law. We explore AI's impact on both legal practice and legal education, investigating how the law should evolve and how AI is transforming the way law is taught and learned.

Our research focuses on AI’s interaction with law in areas such as criminal liability, contract, tort, data protection, and intellectual property. It also examines the impact of smart technologies and algorithmic decision-making on governance and legal responsibility, drawing on doctrinal, theoretical, and interdisciplinary approaches.
