Grackle Docs is an extension to Google Chrome which acts as an accessibility checker for Google products - it covers Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets. When installed, you can use it to run an accessibility check of your work - it will highlight any potential problems and suggest solutions.

Obtaining the software
When logged into your university Google account, you can launch Grackle in any open file of Google Docs, Google Slides and Google Sheets. Go to Add-ons > Grackle Docs/Slides/Sheets > Launch. This will launch Grackle in a sidebar and run the accessibility check on the file.
