If you're already studying at another university, you can apply to study abroad at York as a Visiting Student for one semester or a full academic year.
We welcome undergraduate and postgraduate Visiting Students from across the world. You can join us through individual university partnerships and exchanges, third-party providers, country-specific government initiatives, as a part of your junior year abroad or as an independent applicant.
As a Visiting Student, you'll have access to personal supervision throughout the period of full-time study, and you’ll have the opportunity to fully integrate into academic and social life here on campus and in the city. After you've completed your studies, we'll issue you with an academic transcript.
