Our inclusive community, adaptable courses, safe city and campus, industry connections and Russell Group support is key to giving you the best possible start to your dream career.

Our Open Days are coming up on 21 and 22 June – the perfect way for us to get to know you, celebrate your journey ahead, and show all that York has to offer. Let's do this.

The best way to meet us

Our Open Days are your chance to ask our staff and students whatever's on your mind. We'd love to say hello.

Welcoming South Asian students

Our South Asian community will be running an extra session at our Open Days, giving their perspective on studying here at York.

Come along for a chat about all things student life: hobby groups, faith spaces, academic support, and how to find your people.

Moving in is a surreal experience. It's the start of a new stage in your life. I think moving into York is also really easy, with 2nd- and 3rd-Year students to help through Freshers’ Week – supporting you, making sure you don’t get lost, helping you make friends and attend events. It really makes you feel welcome.
