With teaching, study and social facilities nearby, you'll have everything you need to make the most of university life.

2026/27 applications

Accommodation applications for undergraduate and postgraduate students for the 2026/27 academic year will open on Monday 13 April. We’ll update our webpages with the 2026/27 rents as soon as they're available.

Couples

Only one person in a couple needs to be a full-time registered student at York to be eligible to apply.

Families

We have properties on and off campus to house families.

Care leavers and estranged students

We offer accommodation support to students who are care leavers or estranged.
