In this talk by Elaine van Rijn, Research Associate at the University's Sleep Language and Memory (SLAM) Lab, we will explore the whats, whys and hows of sleep.

Come along and find out a bit more about the most important part of your day, and how you can get the sleep you need to be healthy, happy and productive.
