Law and AI explores the legal, ethical, and regulatory implications of artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. 

Our research focuses on AI’s interaction with law in areas such as liability, contract, tort, data protection, and intellectual property. It also examines the impact of smart technologies and algorithmic decision-making on governance and legal responsibility, drawing on doctrinal, theoretical, and interdisciplinary approaches.
