York Print Plus is the printing, copying and scanning service for staff and students, and is available across the University.
All University staff and students can use York Print Plus to print, copy and scan.
Some departments may restrict access to their devices.
Visitors can photocopy in the Library.
Staff may also use the devices located in public areas. See the student pages for more information:
To send print jobs, use the printer PrintCloud (on print.york.ac.uk).
Then log into any York Print Plus device by tapping your University Card, or typing your username and password.
Managed Windows and Linux PCs have the new queue set up already. You'll need to add the print queue on unmanaged computers: see the guides.

On-campus users only. Off campus users will need to connect through the VPN to view this page.
ePrint enables you to email or upload documents that you wish to print.
This gives you an easy way to print from tablets or smartphones to the University York Print Plus devices.
When you print, your work will automatically print in black and white and duplex (double-sided). You'll need to change your settings to select single sided or colour.
Note: If you're using a Chromebook, tablet, or mobile phone, you won't be able to add the York Print Plus printers - you can use the ePrint service to send your work to print instead.
During the Easter and Summer vacations 2018, we updated York Print Plus. Please ensure that you are using the current settings - if you have any queries, please ask your local super user (contact details are shown on printers) or contact us for advice.
Instructions are displayed next to each York Print Plus device on how to print, photocopy and scan-to-email.
Each office location has a super user to advise on basic functions. Their contact details are displayed above the York Print Plus device.
