York Print Plus is the printing, copying and scanning service for staff and students, and is available across the University.

Overview

Eligibility

All University staff and students can use York Print Plus to print, copy and scan.

Some departments may restrict access to their devices.

Staff may also use the devices located in public areas. See the student pages for more information:

Using York Print Plus

To send print jobs, use the printer PrintCloud (on print.york.ac.uk).

Then log into any York Print Plus device by tapping your University Card, or typing your username and password.

Getting started

Managed Windows and Linux PCs have the new queue set up already. You'll need to add the print queue on unmanaged computers: see the guides.

ePrint enables you to email or upload documents that you wish to print.

When you print, your work will automatically print in black and white and duplex (double-sided). You'll need to change your settings to select single sided or colour.
