Take a tour

Keep an eye out for emails from us, setting out what to do next, as well as an invitation to take a tour of our campus if you live in the UK. You can also take a virtual tour at any time through our Visit UoY app.

After applying for accommodation, we’ll also send you more information about your college.

Accept your offer

Once we’ve made you an offer, you’ll need to accept it on your UCAS Hub by the deadline we provide.

Our living options are supported by our college communities to make York feel like home. You're guaranteed an offer of a room in accommodation owned, managed or approved by the University if you meet certain criteria after getting a Clearing place.

Update finance details

If you're a new UK (Home) student, you'll need to apply for student finance. If you've applied already, you'll need to log in to your student finance provider to update your course details.
