Our Clearing accommodation
We have living options across campus and the city, each supported by our college communities. There are plenty of ways to make York feel like home.
If you're a new student and secure a place through Clearing, we'll aim to make you an offer of accommodation owned, managed or approved by the University, subject to availability.
How to apply for accommodation
You can make accommodation arrangements as soon as you confirm your Clearing place. We allocate rooms based on application dates, so it’s best to apply as soon as you can. It can take up to 48 hours for our system to update after you receive your login details.
