University Mental Health Day

University Mental Health Day returns this Thursday 13 March, with a range of activities and resources available throughout the week to support you and your wellbeing.

Activities and events 

Attend the University Mental Health Day Fair (Wednesday 12 March)

Our colleges, student leaders and University services have organised a University Mental Health Day Fair for you to explore on Wednesday 12 March. Come along to Ron Cooke Hub atrium between 1-4pm for stalls, positive activities and free snacks to help de-stress from the semester’s challenges.

Dog and donuts (Thursday 13 March)

Like the sound of cuddling dogs and eating donuts? Come to a dog petting session in David Kato Studio, between 1-3pm. Booking is essential.

Drumming to de-stress (Thursday 13 March)

De-stress through the power of music in a drumming to de-stress session in The Warren (Vanbrugh) between 1-3pm. Booking is essential.
