University Mental Health Day returns this Thursday 14 March, with a range of activities and resources available throughout the week to support you and your wellbeing.

Attend the University Mental Health Day Fair (Wednesday 13 March)

This year, our Colleges, student leaders and University Services have organised a brand new University Mental Health Day Fair for you to explore. Featuring workshops, informational stalls, positive activities and free snacks, come along to help de-stress from the semester’s challenges.
