What is it?

Digital Creativity Week

This year, Digital Creativity Week will be exploring the University of York Art Collection and the University's own campus and physical/digital spaces. Using material not only from the University Art Collection, but also from the Borthwick Institute for Archives and York Minster Library, participants will work with staff from across the University's Library, Archives and Learning Services to get hands-on with cutting edge technologies, including immersive technologies in the Creativity Lab in the Library. Participants will try out creative skills and ideas outside of an academic discipline, developing interests in areas of digital creation, communication, and public engagement.

Digital Creativity Week is open to students and postgraduate researchers at the University of York at all levels of study and across all subjects. See our Digital Creativity Practical Guide for more on getting involved with digital creativity.
