Student Switch Off is an international campaign encouraging student action on climate change. Become a virtual volunteer ambassador for the Student Switch Off sustainability campaign - represent your college, help raise awareness, and drive change both on and off campus.

All training and activities will be done virtually or in your social bubble, and you can use your volunteering with Student Switch Off as part of your York Award or to develop new transferable skills. You’ll be able to contribute towards tangible carbon reductions in your college and see the results first-hand. For those living off-campus, you can also pick up tips to save money on your energy bills.

Volunteering with Student Switch Off is safe and inclusive, so everybody can get involved and make a difference.
