Need a little help?
Starting - or returning to - University is a significant change at the best of times, but in this time of COVID, it can present even more of a challenge.
You're not alone
The first of this term’s wellbeing workshops focuses on adapting to change. Explore the reasons why you may be struggling with friendly college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help you manage the changes, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.
