Event details

Sleep is vital to learning. Lack of sleep makes it difficult to concentrate and harder to remember what you've learned. It can contribute to depression and other mental health issues.

This workshop aims to help you develop an understanding of the type of worry you experience.

This workshop will help you develop some simple strategies to help improve your sleep patterns, helping you restore your brain's inbox, enabling you to process information. Getting enough sleep will boost your immune system too.
