Sleep well to learn well.
This workshop provides guidance on reasons why you may be struggling to sleep and why you need sleep to succeed at university and beyond. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. It will provide you with practical techniques to help improve your sleep, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.
