About the workshop

Do you find yourself:

  • easily distracted
  • regularly falling behind in your work
  • feeling under-prepared
  • getting so busy that you don't have time to take a moment to yourself?

This workshop will help you to manage your time and your work by equipping you with the necessary skills to become a productive university student.  

The workshop focuses specifically on:

  • time management strategies
  • concentration techniques
  • and the ability to retain large amounts of information.

By spending some time enhancing your productivity skills, you can save a lot of time later down the line, allowing a healthy work-life balance.
