In this workshop, we discuss stress - what it is, where it comes from and how it affects us. We also learn about strategies that can help us better cope with stress in our personal and academic lives.

Stress is something we experience when we face a situation and our ability to cope is challenged. We feel we’ve lost control of events.

Stress can be perceived as a threat to us on any level: emotional, physical and psychological. And it can affect us in our personal life and, very commonly, in our work or academic life.
