This workshop will provide guidance on reasons why you may be struggling to sleep and why you need sleep to succeed at university and beyond. The workshop will be run by college tutors in a relaxed and welcoming environment. The workshop will provide you with practical techniques to help improve your sleep, as well as letting you know about services and resources that you can access after the session.

Note: You will be required to wear a face mask that covers both your mouth and nose. The presenters will also be wearing a face covering and there will be sanitary measures in place to maintain the safety of yourself and everybody else in the room.
