Aspiring research fellows are invited to explore the importance of lay summaries within fellowship applications and top tips on how to distil your carefully thought-out proposal into a short and compelling pitch.  
This event is part of York’s Fellowship Launchpad: EXPLORE series, a series of nine short online sessions (45 minutes) introducing aspiring research fellows to key fellowship topics. The series is sequential helping you to build a strong foundational knowledge from which to start your fellowship application. Other topics include ‘Choosing the Right Scheme for your Research’, ‘Getting Started with your Narrative CV’ and ‘Developing a Fellowship Application: Step by Step’.
