Aspiring research fellows are invited to consider what to look out for when comparing and contrasting early career fellowship schemes.
This event is part of York’s Fellowship Launchpad: EXPLORE series, a series of nine short online sessions (45 minutes) introducing aspiring research fellows to key fellowship topics. The series is sequential helping you to build a strong foundational knowledge from which to start your fellowship application. Other topics include ‘Research Funding (and why it matters to you!)’, ‘Finding a Fellowship Mentor’, and ‘Developing a Fellowship Application: Step by Step’.
In this session you will
- Consider how to identify suitable fellowship schemes
- Reflect on the importance of eligibility, evaluation and timing in your decision-making.
