This session is suitable for Postgraduate Researchers who are new to managing large-scale research projects.
Whether you’re about to embark on a new project or simply want to strengthen your project management skills, this training will provide you with the essential tools and knowledge.
In this session, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the project life cycle, from initiation to completion. You will learn how to define clear objectives, plan and schedule effectively, manage resources, identify and mitigate risks, and monitor and evaluate progress.
During this workshop you will be expected to take part in interactive activities to help you develop the essential skills needed to manage your research projects successfully.
