Communication and transparency: guidance for staff

This section introduces interactional justice, which is simply our personal sense of whether we are being treated with dignity and given honest answers during a transition.

During times of change, true transparency isn't just about reading corporate updates — it's about feeling heard, valued and respected.

This module helps everyone move away from passive worrying or vague frustration, giving us a clear way to voice ideas constructively. For line managers, it provides practical tools to step away from being a top-down megaphone so they can actively pull out useful ideas and spot blind spots before they cause issues.

Reflect and connect

Real capability is built through community. Learning shouldn't stay trapped in a browser tab — it thrives when we share our experiences, align on decisions, and problem-solve together.
