Navigating change toolkit

Change is a constant part of university life, but we all experience it differently. Whether you are leading a team through a transition or navigating shifts within your own role, these resources are here to support you.

This series is rooted in the psychology of change. It’s designed to help you understand the 'human side' of transitions and provide practical resources focusing on how to maintain your wellbeing, stay motivated and build psychological safety with those around you.

Our goal is to give everyone at York the tools to turn uncertainty into an opportunity for growth and personal agency.

We've simplified the process of leading and managing change into three phases: plan, implement and embed.  Explore more information about our approach to change and learn how it can support you to lead projects on change.
