How we support staff and managers
Getting help from HR is easy:
- HR Services are our first-line support team. Contact them with any query at hr-enquiries@york.ac.uk or on extension 4835. If they can't help they will pass it to the right member of the team.
- Every department has the support of a HR Adviser team. You can reach your HR Adviser colleague via hr-operations@york.ac.uk.
- If you need assistance with a particular issue, you are welcome to contact any of the HR teams directly. See the organogram for details of our structure.
- The department is led by Rachael Millhouse, Director of Human Resources, assisted by the HR Leadership Team.
