About the software

Corel PaintShop Pro is image editing software.

PaintShop Pro is installed on all IT Services managed PCs and is available to staff for departmentally managed machines and home use; see the Obtaining the software tab.

Obtaining the software

Students

Classrooms

PaintShop Pro is installed on all IT Services classroom PCs. It appears on the Start Menu.

Home use

PaintShop Pro is not available for home use.

Staff

Supported PCs

PaintShop Pro can be installed by searching for Software Center from the Start Menu

Once installed, it will appear under Start | All Programs.

Unsupported machines & home use

PaintShop Pro is Windows-only software and is available for download:

You will also need to obtain the licence code (see below).

Home Use is available for teachers and faculty staff and must either be used exclusively for teaching purposes related to the UoY or for purposes related to or for the benefit of the UoY, such as lesson planning, classroom preparation, and so on. Home Use is prohibited in China, India, Vietnam and Indonesia.
