The Authorised Systems Registration tool allows you to register for information systems such as Agresso, SITS, Business Objects and many others.

It is also used by the owners of the systems to manage their access.

All staff may request access to individual systems.

There are two aspects to the registration system:

  • Self service registration for staff wishing to gain access to restricted services including:
    • Accommodation systems
    • Admissions Statistics (Business Objects)
    • Agresso Finance System
    • Departmental Finance & HR Reporting (Business Objects)
    • EVision - Student Records System, including Applicant and Student Enquiry Screens
    • Module Catalogue
    • Personal Images (Mugshots) privileged viewing
    • PFACT FEC System
    • Planon Works Management restricted functions
    • RAMP Resource Allocation Modelling system
    • Remote Control Facility
    • SITS Student Records
    • Space and Assets Data Warehouse
    • Student Data Warehouse
    • YEP York ePurchase
  • Business systems administrators can use the service to manage access to these services by receiving notifications of access requests, changes in roles or IT account closures

Information for system administrators

Due to high levels of workload and staff shortages in IT Services, we are currently unable to
add new systems or options to the Authorised Systems Registration tool. In the interim, for any new systems please maintain your own records of user access requests. 

Any issues with the existing options in Authorised Registration should continue to be reported to IT support.
