The Department of Electronic Engineering at the University of York offers a number of opportunities for post-doctoral researchers and independent research fellows. The department undertakes world-leading research, organised in two research groups:
Our world class facilities include a nano-scale clean room, radio communications and electromagnetics labs, bio-inspired computing labs, a range of music technology facilities including listening spaces, anechoic labs and recording studies, and a custom lab for mobile and flying robots.
For further details of our research groups and current projects, and more information about our facilities go to this page.
We are happy to discuss potential projects with applicants, and the department can offer support in preparing and submitting fellowship applications. Contact can be made through the chair of the departmental research committee Dr David Halliday or our research facilitator office.
